ARCOSA attachments. Each drawing has been reviewed to ensure conformance to the requirements stated in Section 6.2.1. of the Construction Materials Rules. It can be in the form of metes and bounds survey or a description by reference to township, range and section to at least the nearest quarter/quarter section. Where applicable, the street address or lot numbers may be used. Please verify that the legal description describes the entire proposed permit area. The acreage described in Exhibit A does not match the acreage either in the application form, or the current DRMS records. Arcosa's Response: The Legal Description for the site has been updated to reflect the parcels of land included in the 214.21 acres of affected land. An updated Exhibit A is provided as Attachment 3, as well as the updated Exhibit C maps that show the acreage and boundaries of the affected lands (as well as other features).
