<br /> REVEGETATION —Rule 4.15 Vegetative Cover; Timing
<br /> Vegetation on parcels requested for release were dominantly diverse, healthy, and well established.
<br /> Elymus cinereus (Great basin wild rye), Agropyro n sm i th i i (western wheatgrass), Artemisia
<br /> alnifolia (silver sage), Achillea millefolium (western yarrow), Balsamorhiza sagittata (arrow leaf
<br /> balsam root), Ma ch a era n th e ra c o n es c e ns (hoary aster), Medicago sativa (alfalfa), Linum lewisii
<br /> (lewis flax), Sanguyisorba minor(small burnet) and numerous other desirable species were observed
<br /> throughout the bond release block.
<br /> A couple of small weedy areas comprised of Bromus tectorum (cheat grass) and/or Lactuca serriola
<br /> (prickly lettuce) were noted as mentioned previously, some of which had been treated. Healthy and
<br /> diverse vegetation was found in all parcels.
<br /> POST MINING LAND USE—Rule 4.16
<br /> Post mining land use of rangeland wildlife habitat is adequately achieved with the mix of shrubs,
<br /> forbes and grasses observed. Also observed throughout the bond release block was evidence of
