A public notice for the proposed decision was <br /> published in the Craig Daily Press on August 23, 2018 and August 30,2019. The public notice initiated <br /> a thirty-day public comment period from the final publication that parties having objections or concerns <br /> could submit their concerns to the Division regarding the proposed bond release. No comments were <br /> received by the Division during the public comment period. <br /> The Division approves the partial release of coal exploration bond submitted by Williams Fork Land <br /> Company for Notice of Intent No. X-2017-234-02. The Division currently holds a Corporate Surety No. <br /> 106703 829 in the amount of$17,791.75. The Division approves the release of$16,205.75.
