Pond 001 had minimal standing water due to recent precipitation <br /> event. The new drop culvert leading into pond 001 was installed and was functioning as designed at the time of <br /> the inspection. <br /> Pond 002 was observed and stable at the time of the inspection. A small amount of standing water was <br /> present during the inspection. Pond banks were stable and well vegetated surrounding both ponds. Discussions <br /> with the Operator indicate that minor tamarisk removal was conducted at both ponds recently. <br /> REVEGETATION—Rule 4.15 <br /> Vegetative Cover; Timing: <br /> Vegetation of the center pivot field is doing well. No significant bare spots or struggling areas were noted. <br /> No signs of significant erosion within the irrigated area was observed. <br /> SUPPORT FACILITIES - Rule 4.04: <br /> The pad area adjacent to Pond 001 was observed. Previously this area was used to store the large shovel <br /> and mobile office building,both of which have been removed. The pad area is in good condition and exhibits <br /> positive drainage. No signs of settling, slumping or erosion were noted during the inspection.
