No concerns of erosion were <br /> identified. <br /> ROADS—Rule 4.03 <br /> Construction 4.03.1(3)/4.03.2(3),Drainage 4.03.1(4)/4.03.2(4), Surfacing and Maintenance4.03.1(5) and <br /> (6)/4.03.2(5) and(6), Reclamation 4.03.1(7)/4.03.2(7): <br /> The Haul Road was in good condition during the inspection. There were no indications of erosional <br /> features or instability. The berms along the north side of the Haul Road were vegetated and stable. The ditches <br /> for the road were in good condition and clear of obstructions. <br /> SUPPORT FACILITIES - Rule 4.04: <br /> The office pad was in good condition and well kept. There were no observed off-site impacts. The office <br /> building had recently caught on fire. Work was being conducted to repair the structure at the time of the <br /> inspection. The fire did not spread past the trees directly adjacent to the structure. No impacts off of the permitted <br /> area occurred. The portals area was well maintained. The radial stacker had been removed from the site (Photo <br /> 7).
