The bond release <br />application was found complete by this Division on September 20, 2019. Partial Phase II and III <br />bond release request totalling 498.8 acres. Surface ownership comprises federal, state and <br />private entities. The surface ownership is federal, state and private, and the coal mined was <br />federal, state and private. <br /> <br />We will contact you to advise you of the Division's required bond release inspection of the site as <br />soon as it has been scheduled.
