We have annotated the drawing cross sections to reflect all the factors that influenced the layout and the minimum required setback that was calculated in the stability analysis. In all cross sections, we show that we are at or exceed the setback limit as calculated in the stability analysis. SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION The USACE provided a non-jurisdictional determination for all identified on-site wetlands. A copy of the non-jurisdictional determination is attached for the DRMS' records. We have elected to keep the wetlands, buffers, and related notes shown in Exhibit C. Adams County has approved the floodplain use permit for the project. A copy of the permit is attached for the DRMS' records. References in the application materials regarding the pending nature of the floodplain use permit have not been deleted.
