In all cross sections, we <br /> show that we are at or exceed the setback limit as calculated in the stability analysis. <br /> SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION <br /> The USACE provided a non-jurisdictional determination for all identified on-site wetlands. A copy of the <br /> non-jurisdictional determination is attached for the DRMS' records. We have elected to keep the <br /> wetlands, buffers, and related notes shown in Exhibit C. <br /> Adams County has approved the floodplain use permit for the project. A copy of the permit is attached <br /> for the DRMS' records.
