APPENDIX B
MT1-6
These holes were drilled from a previously disturbed and un-vegetated section of the Terrible Mine
dump located in Governor Basin. This location is in the future path of reclamation work planned on the
Terrible Mine waste rock pile and any re-seeding of the pad would be subsequently covered by this
work. The drill pad was constructed on a pre-existing surface that does not reflect pre-mining
topography and re-grading of the location would include areas outside the drilling disturbance and as
such lie outside the scope of this reclamation. All holes have been plugged and covered. No action is
required for this pad.
YR47/48
Pad is located directly adjacent to existing roadway and shows current, natural re-vegetation. Holes are
plugged and covered and are no longer locatable. No action required for this pad.
YR49-65
Pads were constructed inside of existing roadway put in by previous operators. Road shows current use
by off highway vehicles in high traffic areas and natural re-vegetation in areas of lesser travel. Holes
have been plugged and covered and are no longer locatable. No action is required for these pads.
YR66
Pad is located in an existing roadway constructed by previous operators. Holes have been plugged and
covered and are no longer locatable. Road shows use by off highway vehicles. No action required for
reclamation of this pad.
Additional Owners Information
Valmar Pratico 1900 Main St#1 Ouray, CO 81427 970-325-9830
Brian Briggs I'll I'll
