partnership, filed a request for approval of assignment of seven
coal leases held by Colowyo Coal Company, a Delaware general
partnership.
Six name change bond riders were filed on February 15, 1994, for
the first six coal lease serial numbers listed below. A
replacement coal lease bond No. 259723 in the amount of $17,000
for coal lease C -35874 having Colowyo Coal Company L.P. as
principal and Seaboard Surety Company as surety was filed on
February 22, 1994. The bond riders change the principal's name
from Colowyo Coal Company to Colowyo Coal Company L.P.
