<br />use of Kansas City Life Insurance Company, dated
<br />March 4, 1964 and recorded April 7, 1964 in Book
<br />320 at page 317 of the real property records of
<br />Moffat County, Colorado;
<br />b. Deed of Trust from Milliken Land & Cattle Corporation,
<br />a Colorado corporation, to the Public Trustee of liof£at
<br />County for the use of Phillip A. Jensen and William M.
<br />Jensen, Jr., dated April 23, 1971 and recorded April 26,
<br />1971 in Book 371 at page 176 of the real property records
<br />of 14offat County, Colorado;
<br />C. Deed of Trust from Milliken Land & Cattle Corporation
<br />to the Public Trustee of Moffat County for the use of
<br />Wesley A. Sturgeon, George sturgeon and Esther M. Sturgeon,

<br />Book 373 at page 699 of the real property records of
<br />Moffat County, Colorado;
<br />d. Deed of Trust from Milliken Land & Cattle Corporation
<br />to the Public Trustee of Rio Blanco County for the use
<br />of Wesley A. Sturgeon, George Sturgeon, and Esther 1.1.

<br />16, 1971 in Book 314 at page 157 of the real property
<br />records of Rio Blanco County, Colorado.
