The reports were
received on September 12, 2019. The Division finds the reports to he in compliance with
the following Rules-,
Rule .0 .1i —Samples are measured accurately and record the quality and
quantity of the water discharged from the permit area.
Rule 4.05.13(2)(ii)—Discharges occurred from D P-1 Dutfall 001-A/MN-0 1),
S1 -3 Outfall 02 -A o2 -W/M -2 , the -Seam l ewatering System No. 1
(Outfall 029-A o29-W Aril -29 and the Sewage Treatment Plant Dutfall 04 -A
during the 2"d quarter of 2019. The samples collected from 001-A, 02 -A, 02 -A
and 0 -A were below the maximum allowable values or within acceptable value
ranges. It was noted in the 2"" quarter DMRs that 026-W failed WET Testing for
the quarter. This has been documented in previous DMR reports. Blue Mountain
Energy, Inc. is working to get an amendment approved to include an additional
discharge point to 02 -A. This discharge point would be direct to the White
River for the water discharging from 02 -A.
Rule 4.0 .132iii —Discharge Monitoring Reports are received on a quarterly
basis and filed with the Division within 90 days of the sample collection.
This concludes the Division"s review of the 2019 2"d Quarter Discharge Monitoring
Report.
