In particular,the hillside <br /> above Curve 8, which is armored with boulders, is stable. <br /> SLIDES and DAMAGE -Rule 4.12: <br /> Due to the angle of the photos(looking down the hill towards the river and highway)the slumps by the B Portal <br /> and by Curve 11 were not inspected. <br /> SUPPORT FACILITIES - Rule 4.04: <br /> No problems were identified with any facility areas. This includes all of the areas along the road to the portals and <br /> the Explosives Storage pad. <br /> TOPSOIL—Rule 4.06 <br /> Removal 4.06.2; Substitute Materials 4.06.4(4); Storage and Protection 4.06.3; Redistribution 4.06.4: <br /> Two topsoil stockpiles (one by the material storage on the road to the portals and one by Gob Pile#3)appear to be <br /> in good shape.
