The reports were <br /> received on June 27, 2019. The Division finds the reports to be in compliance with the <br /> following Rules: <br /> Rule . .1s —Samples are measured accurately and record the quality and <br /> quantity of the water discharged from the permit area. <br /> Rule .0 .1 ii —Discharges occurred from P--1 utfall 1- III - 1 , <br /> S - utfall o -A 2 -W AI T- , the B-Seam Lew tering System No. 1 <br /> (Outfall 29-A o29-w M - 9 and the Sewage Treatment Plant utf .11 o -A <br /> during the I"quarter of 2019. The samples collected from o 1-A, o - , o -A <br /> and 0 -A were below the maximum allowable values or within acceptable value <br /> ranges. It was rioted in the I" quarter DM Rs that o -w failed WET Testing for <br /> the quarter. This has been documented in previous DMR reports. Blue Mountain <br /> Energy, Inc. is working to get an amendment approved to include an additional <br /> discharge point to 02 -A. This discharge point would be direct to the white <br /> River for the water discharging from 026- . <br /> Mule .1 iii —Discharge I onitoring Reports are received on quarterly <br /> basis and filed with the Division within 90 days of the sample collection. Due to <br /> the change in personnel at the T, eserado Mine, the 1" Quarter DM Rs were <br /> submitted past the 90 day deadline.
