The Treasurer's claim shall be satisfied from Petitioner's <br /> Deposit and funds shall be disbursed from the proceeds of this action concurrently to Equity and <br /> the Treasurer. <br /> IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Subject Property has been duly and lawfully <br /> taken and condemned by Petitioner pursuant to the statutes and Constitution of the State of <br /> Colorado; and that the interests of respondents in and to the Subject Property have been acquired <br /> by the Petitioner. <br /> IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the total compensation to be paid for the taking of the <br /> Subject Property, including the value of said property and all costs, attorney fees, expenses and <br /> interest, is the total sum of$209,500.00.
