Please update the Map C-1 —Mining Plan Map to indicate the offset distances between the <br /> permit boundary line and the top of slope and the top of slope to the dredge line setback as shown <br /> on the Geotechnical Stability Exhibit A. <br /> I reviewed all of the setbacks as we discussed and corrected Map Exhibit C-1 <br /> Mining Plan Map adding the setback lines where needed. The number in the label <br /> for the Top of Slope is the distance from the permit line or ditch or structures. <br /> The number in the dredge setback text is the distance from the top of slope to <br /> where dredging will stop to leave room to complete slope in that area. These <br /> numbers come from the various cross section submitted with the amendment or the <br /> response to Adequacy 01 review letter. A copy is attached for the file. <br /> 6.4.6 Exhibit F - Reclamation Plan Map <br /> 4. Please update the Map F—Reclamation Plan Map to indicate the offset distances between the <br /> permit boundary line and the top of slope as shown on the Geotechnical Stability Exhibit A. <br /> Map F - Reclamation Plan Map has been corrected adding the Top of Slope setback <br /> distance from the Permit line, structure and ditch. A copy is attached for the file. <br /> 6.4.18 Exhibit R- Proof of Filing with County Clerk and Recorder <br /> 5.
