Stover and Associates <br /> 2 Forth 7`h Street, Unit 1 <br /> Grand Junction, CO 81501 <br /> RE: McClane Canyon Mine, C-1 -00 <br /> „d Quarter 2019 Discharge Monitoring Reports Review (CO-0038342) <br /> Dear Mr. Stover, <br /> The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (the Division) has finished <br /> reviewing the 2019 2"d Quarter Discharge Monitoring Reports its for the T hane Canyon <br /> Mine. The reports were received via email on May , 2019 (April report), June b# 2019 <br /> (May report) and July 2, 2019 (June and quarterly reports). The reports cover the time <br /> period of April 1, 2019 through June 30, 2019. The Division n finds the reports to be in <br /> compliance with Jule 4.05.13(2). <br /> There are three outfalls associated with the CO-0038342 DMR permit, Outfall 001, <br /> utfall 002 and Outfall 004. During the months of April, May and June, there was n <br /> discharge recorded from outfalls 001, 002 and 004, Therefore, no eeeedanees occurred. <br /> This concludes the Division's review of the 2"d Quarter 2019 Discharge Monitoring <br /> Deports for the Mc l ne Canyon Mine.
