RECLAMATION PLAN EXHIBIT E (CONT) <br /> SEEDING TIME <br /> The grass seed mixture will be planted from early fall thru <br /> mid-spring (November 1 to April 30) . The time of planting will <br /> be controlled by when the resoiled areas are ready for planting. <br /> If fall planting is convenient, the seeding will be done before <br /> the first freeze (about the time Winterwheat is planted) . If <br /> spring planting is called for, it will be done in March or April <br /> weather permitting after the last frost .
