29 August,2019 C-1982-057/Seneca II-W Mine RAR <br /> spring runoff and precipitation events. <br /> o No evidence of offsite impacts were observed. <br /> HYDROLOGIC BALANCE—Rule 4.05 <br /> Drainage Control 4.05.1, 4.05.2, 4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5, 4.05.6; Discharge <br /> Structures 4.05.71 4.05.10; Diversions 4.05.4; Effluent Limits 4.05.2; Ground Water <br /> Monitoring 4.05.13; Drainage-Acid and Toxic Materials 4.05.8; Impoundments 4.05.6, <br /> 4.05.9; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18 <br /> o Pond#6 was experiencing inflow and discharging a clear water. Slopes were well <br /> vegetated and stable. No seepage was detected through the outslope of the dam at the <br /> time of inspection. The slump above was noted. <br /> o Pond 15 was discharging clear water and the drop structure appeared to be functioning <br /> adequately at the time of inspection. The north bank was sparsely vegetated in places. <br /> o Pond 16 was discharging clear water and the drop structure appeared to be functioning <br /> adequately at the time of inspection. <br /> o Pond 17 was discharging clear water and the drop structure appeared to be functioning <br /> adequately at the time of inspection. Stabilization repairs had been made at the flume. <br /> o Constructed drainages appeared stable and to be functioning adequately at the time of <br /> inspection.
