The bond release <br />application was found complete by this Division on August 29, 2019. Phase III bond release <br />request on 162.1 acres of rangeland in Ashmor, East Flintlock and Flintlock pits. All lands in <br />this request have previously been released of Phase I and Phase II bond liability. The surface <br />ownership is state and private, and the coal mined was federal, state and private. <br /> <br />We will contact you to advise you of the Division's required bond release inspection of the site as <br />soon as it has been scheduled.
