On February 9, 2017, the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved the succession <br /> of operators from Wildcat Mining Corporation to Sunrise Mining, LLC for the May Day Idaho <br /> Mine Complex. Sunrise is the permitted operator and bondholder for the CDRMS permit. <br /> During 2017, Sunrise filed a permit amendment application that addressed and demonstrated <br /> compliance with all outstanding corrective actions set forth in the December 2011 Mined Land <br /> Reclamation Board Order(attached for reference). On January 22, 2018 the Mined Land <br /> Reclamation Board approved the amended permit M-1981-185 (attached for reference). <br /> As part of the amendment process and recommendation to approve, the Division of Reclamation, <br /> Mining and Safety performed an updated reclamation cost estimate.
