NewFields has included the following project <br /> deviation within the report: "The Engineer of Record accepted the use <br /> of the 40 mil LLDPE smooth geomembrane in the Leak Detection Trench <br /> constructed prior to 2019, as it met the Geomembrane Technical <br /> Specifications (Section 02776) previously approved in 2011, and was <br /> manufactured in 2014." <br /> c.
