Electrical power has been restored. <br /> b. Ventilation fans SM-1, SM-7, SJ-1, SJ-2, WS-1, WS-2, and T-1 have been operated <br /> as needed to ventilate underground work areas. <br /> c. The Sunday and St. Jude portals have been opened and rehabilitated. The West <br /> Sunday portal has been opened and is undergoing rehabilitation. <br /> d. The office/dry at the St. Jude Mine has been repaired and is in good working order. <br /> e. A 12 to 18-inch cover consisting of development rock was placed over the northern <br /> portion of the Sunday Mine Low-Grade Stockpile as was documented in our July 23, <br /> 2019 letter report to the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (DRMS). <br /> f. Weed spraying is being conducted on the access roads and mine sites and signage <br /> has been added where required by MSHA. <br /> g. Water tanks have been installed on site and we are using non-potable water from off- <br /> site sources for dust control on the roads. <br /> h. Color indicators and X-Ray Florescence (XRF) measurements are being used to <br /> locate high-grade vanadium ore in the underground mine workings above the water <br /> table. <br /> 1 <br />
