The bond was subrnit ted to cover reclamation costs of exploration drill holes in Moffat County. An Inspection showed that the requested pads have been adequately abandoned, backfilled, graded, and marked. The vegetation of the pads does not yet meet adequa- cy and the Division will hold a portion of the bond to ensure final reclamation of the three pads with- in the proposed bond release identified in more detail in the Division's bond release inspection re- po rt. The legal description of the project is as follows:. Sections 28 and 29 Township 6 North, Range 91 West Any person with an interest which may be ad- versely affected by this proposed decision may submit written comments, or a written request for an adjudicatory hearing before the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board,to the Division at 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203.
