<br /> be made absolute. 6. The water rights set out in the Decree are part of an integrated system. Applicant's
<br /> water rights and recharge system and each of the water rights and structures which will provide
<br /> augmentation, substitution, replacement and exchange supplies under this decree collectively comprise an
<br /> integrated system of water rights and structures under §37-92-301(4)(b) C.R.S. Work performed and
<br /> effort or costs expended by Applicants on any water rights or structures which are part of its integrated
<br /> water system should be considered in finding that reasonable diligence has been shown in the
<br /> development of water rights for all features of the system as provided in §37-92-301(4)(b), C.R.S. 7.
<br /> Applicants request the Court find that the water rights have been made absolute as described in 15 and
<br /> that Applicant has been diligent in the development of the conditional water rights not made absolute
<br /> herein, which are part of Applicant's integrated system. CHANGES OF WATER RIGHTS TO
<br /> CORRECT DECREE ERRORS 8. Name of Structure. Lingreen Well-Permit No. 80631-F (LWU ID
<br /> 430) (WDID 6406702). 8.1. The appropriations for this well are set out in 11.4. The well was first
<br /> decreed in Logan Well Users, Inc., Case No. 03CW195 at ¶30.13, on February 21, 2006 with an
<br /> appropriation date of February 28, 2003 for augmentation use. The appropriation in the Decree is for
<br /> irrigation use. 8.2. Permit No. 80632-F was issued for the well on February 23, 2017 for the decreed
<br /> uses. The well has never been used for augmentation or irrigation. 8.3. The decreed location for the well
<br /> in both decrees is in the NWIA SE1/4 of Section 36, Township 7 North, Range 53 West of the 6th P.M.,
<br /> Logan County, Colorado, 2040 feet from the South section line and 1630 feet from the East section line
<br /> which is incorrect. The location of the well should be 2040 feet from the South section line and 2,630 feet
<br /> from the East section line the NW1/4 SE1/4 of Section 36, Township 7 North, Range 53 West of the 6th
<br /> P.M., Logan County, Colorado. 8.4. Applicant seeks to correct the location of the well. In addition the
<br /> corrected location requires the correction of the AWAS parameters to X = 5,960 feet, W = 11,620 feet
<br /> and Harmonic T = 311,500 gpd/ft. 9. Name of Structure. Logan County Industrial Site Well No. 3 (LWU
<br /> ID 438) (WDID 6406870). The appropriation for this well is set out in 11.9. The well has not been
<br /> permitted or drilled. The amount decreed was 0.0267 c.f.s., conditional. Applicant seeks to correct and
<br /> change the amount to 0.267 c.f.s., which is the same flow rate decreed to Logan County Industrial Site
<br /> Well No. 1 and 2 in 11.7 and 11.8 above.
