PUBLIC NOTICE <br /> The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety is proposing to Approve the partial release of <br /> coal exploration bond submitted by Williams Fork Land Company for Notice of Intent No. X-2017-234-02 <br /> (SL2). The bond was submitted to cover reclamation costs of exploration drill holes in Moffat County. An <br /> Inspection showed that the requested pads have been adequately abandoned, backfilled,graded, and <br /> marked. The vegetation of the pads does not yet meet adequacy and the Division will hold a portion of <br /> the bond to ensure final reclamation of the three pads within the proposed bond release identified in <br /> more detail in the Division's bond release inspection report. <br /> The legal description of the project is as follows: <br /> Sections 28 and 29 Township 6 North, Range 91 West <br /> Any person with an interest which may be adversely affected by this proposed decision may submit <br /> written comments, or a written request for an adjudicatory hearing before the Colorado Mined Land <br /> Reclamation Board,to the Division at 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203. Such <br /> comments should be submitted within 30 days of the second publication of this notice. <br />
