I SMRE agrees with the Proposed Decision <br /> and hereby provides concurrence in accordance with 30 CFR 740.15 (d)(3) and 30 CFR 90 .3 , Article <br /> IK,Section 24 of the State-Federal Cooperative Agreement. <br /> The surface and mineral ownership associated with this bond release is private, state,and federal.The <br /> Bureau of Land Management BLM)was notified of the SL-18 inspection by letter dated May 22, 2017 <br /> but was unable to attend. OSMRE participated in the inspection which was held on August 29, 2017. By <br /> letter dated August 14,2019 the BUNT prodded its concurrence with DRMS's Proposed Decision, We <br /> interpret this to mean that TMI is in compliance with all applicable BLM mineral lease stipulations. <br /> DR MS notes TMI's compliance with the approved Colorado regulatory program at Mule 3.03.1 a <br /> and proposes authorizing partial Phase I bond release on 175.3 acres associated with$858,015.48 in <br /> financial liability.The Division's current $23,400,000.00 p rformance bond is sufficient to cover the <br /> entire rninesite, including the amount proposed for release.T iI has not requested any return of bond <br /> monies under SL-1 .
