A request for full bond release was received by the Division on July 30, 2109. This
bond release inspection included the inspection of 7 sites all of which have been drilled, abondoned, and reclaimed.
Tonia Perkins of Trapper Mining, Inc accompanied the on the ground inspection. The weather was clear and the
ground was dry.
RECLAMATION SUCCESS -Rule 2.02(g) and 4.21.2(2):
The borehole inspected include 4 which were reclaimed last year and first inspected under SL 1 on 9/20/2018.
These sites were partially released by the Division while additional vegetation was established. This year these 4
sites displayed adequate vegetation with little to no noxious or invasive vegetation observed. No evidence of
instability or erosion was observed during the on the ground inspection of the sites. All holes were sealed and
covered with topsoil. Holes were checked for markers on the SL 1 inspection with brass caps displaying the hole
number. No issues were identified and all disturbances were adequately reclaimed for the following:
17_691_29_1
17_691_29_2
17_691_29_3
17_691_29_4
The other 3 sites requested for bond release have been backfilled, topsoiled and reseeded; however, the sites have
not established an adequate amount of diverse vegetative cover to adequately prevent erosion or blend with the
surrounding terrain. Based on this inspection, these sites (listed below)will be partially released and adequate bond
will be retained to provide revegetation should the Division be required to conduct final reclamation of the sites.
Abandonment reports were received by the Division 10/4/2018. Photos of markers with brass caps displaying the
hole numbers were provided to the Division at the time of inspection. These sites include:
18_691_29_1
18_691_29_2
18_691_29_3
Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 0
Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 0
Page 2 of 3
