The application was deemed complete on <br />August 20, 2019. <br /> <br />This TR updates the mine plan map, in particular the workings west of the King II facilities, which <br />are in Sections 35 and 36. The applicant is not proposing additional surface disturbance outside of <br />the area currently approved for disturbance. <br /> <br />Permit Revision (PR), Permit Renewal (RN), or Technical Revision (TR) application materials are <br />available for review at the La Plata County Clerk and Recorder, 98 Everett Street, Suite C, <br />Durango, CO 81303 and at the Division’s Denver office.
