The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and <br /> Safety (The Division) has reviewed the above referenced report. The Report was received by the Division <br /> on 24 October 2018. Sediment pond inspections were conducted by Moffat County Mining and Nick <br /> Aromando, P.E. on 25 September 2018. This report appears to be in compliance with the applicable <br /> sections of Rule 4.05.9 <br /> The following ponds held water but were not discharging at the time of inspection: <br /> Pond 10 Pond 11 Pond 11 A <br /> Pond 12A Pond 13 Pond 14 <br /> Pond 12 was discharging at approximately 100 gallons per minute. Sediment levels were at acceptable <br /> levels. <br /> One maintenance item was noted during the inspection; corrosion at inlet culvert to Pond 10. <br /> The Division has no concerns. <br /> Best Regards, <br /> 1 <br /> Robin Reilley,M.S.
