The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (The
Division) has reviewed the above referenced report. The Report was received by the Division on 24 October 2018.
Sediment pond inspections were conducted by Moffat County Mining and Nick Aromando,P.E. on 20 September
2018.
This report appears to be in compliance with the applicable sections of Rule 4.05.9. No maintenance items were
noted during the inspection with the exception of the weir at outfall 022. This weir is showing signs of rust, thus
allowing water to seep while flowing.
