A low ground pressure (LGP) D6 dozer was used to place the material. The erosion rills <br /> were completely filled in during the DCF placement. A Tezak laborer was present to remove any <br /> oversize material (greater than 1.5-inch diameter) as the material was placed. A NewFields <br /> representative was present for DCF placement until completion. <br /> 2.0 MEETINGS AND COMMUNICATIONS <br /> NewFields coordinated with Tim Provost (Tezak) about repairing the erosion rills and discussed <br /> project specifications for DCF placement. NewFields informed Tezak that any oversize material <br /> shall not be placed in the erosion rills within the 2-foot DCF layer over the existing <br /> geomembrane liner. <br /> NewFields coordinated with Foresight West to survey the repaired DCF area. <br /> Page 1 <br />
