On behalf of my client Albert Frei and Sons, Inc, I am submitting 6 drawings that we hope will
better explain our responses to some of the objector issues. They are pictorial representations
of:
• the sloping plan, in particular, a typical west slope in the new north area.
• A sketch showing an example of the conceptual plan for concurrent reclamation.
• 4 sketches showing the cross section for each of the objectors wells .
