Exhibit 1: Exhibit 1 shows the location of the seep identified along the access road to the top of the Tract 70
Mesa. The blue circle outlines the location of Photo 4. The black arrow in the bottom left corner indicates the
direction of north.
RECLAMATION SUCCESS -Rule 4.15, Rule 3:
- Conveyor Corridor:
The Conveyor Corridor was vegetated and stable. There were no indications of erosion at the site. No off-site
impacts were observed.
-North Decline:
The North Decline was stable with well-established vegetation. There were no erosional features identified except
the slump noted in the July 2019 inspection report. The slump had occurred above the permanent diversion ditch
due to a seep. The seep was observed to be nearly dry during the inspection. Minimal movement has occurred
since the July 2019 inspection of the site. The slump did not occur due to mining related activities and the
Division does not find SCC liable. No off-site impacts were observed.
