Update plan and reorientation for 160 <br /> acres of topsoil stripping in N pit. These 160 acres <br /> are redisturbance of Phase III reclamation and <br /> werepreviously requested in TR119. New Haul <br /> Road replacing the LOM road. Construction of the <br /> Grouse Diversion Ditch to East Pyeatt Ditch and as- <br /> sociated designs in the Grouse Gulch watershed, <br /> diverting mining related runoff from the Grouse <br /> Pond System. <br /> The Trapper Mine is a/an surface coal mine located <br /> in Moffat County, approximately 6 miles SW of <br /> Craig,Colorado. Coal interest is federal,state and <br /> private, and the surface affected is state and pri- <br /> vate land. The permit area encompasses approxi- <br /> mately 1 1,156.69 acres. <br /> This proposed decision is based on a finding that <br /> the proposed operation will comply with all require- <br /> ments of the Colorado Surface Coal Mining Recla- <br /> mation Act,Section 34 33 101,et seq.,C.R.S.,and <br /> the regulations promulgated thereunder. <br /> Copies of the proposed decision,including stipula- <br /> tions, are on file for public inspection at the <br /> Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and <br /> Safety, Room 215, Centennial Building, 1313 <br /> Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203. Per- <br /> sons with an interest that may be adversely affect- <br /> ed by the proposed decision may request a formal <br /> hearing before the Mined Land Reclamation Board <br /> on the proposed decision.
