The first quarter Sediment Pond Inspection report was received by the <br /> Division on 12 July 2019. <br /> This report appears to be in compliance with the applicable sections of Rule 4.05.9. The <br /> inspection took place on 4, 5, and 25 June 2019. It appears to DRMS that sediment capacity in <br /> ponds: <br /> Horse (60%) Deal #1 (55%) Middle Flume #3 (5501o) <br /> is reaching the upper limits and that these ponds should be considered for cleaning by November <br /> 2019, in preparation for spring runoff. <br /> Sediment level markers were underwater at the following ponds: <br /> No Name #2, 4, 5 Johnson #7R, 8R, 9R, and]OR East Pyeatt #1, 2, 3 Middle Flume #3 <br /> The sediment marker at West Horse Gulch, requires replacement. <br /> Discharging ponds comprised: <br /> No Name #2, 4, 5 Johnson #7R, 8R, 9R, and]OR East Pyeatt #1, 2, 3 <br /> 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, CO 80203 P 303.866.3567 F 303.832.8106 http: /mining.state.co.us <br /> Jared S.
