4. The legal description corrections have been made to page 3 of the application <br /> as well as within exhibit A. Copies of the two pages have been sent to the County <br /> Clerk for public review. <br /> EXHIBIT C- MINING PLAN <br /> 5. Number 7 has been edited to reflect previous bonding by the USFS. An edited <br /> copy of that page is attached to this letter. <br /> 6. 1 confirm that we are proposing a maximum of 6 dig sites in each 200'x400' <br /> area. A dig site will not be larger than 30'x40'x10' deep and only one dig site will <br /> be open at any one time and will be backfilled prior to moving onto the next dig <br /> site and no more than .66 acres of total disturbance is planned within the permit <br /> boundaries. <br /> This statement has been added and will be an addendum to C-17. A copy is <br /> attached to this letter. <br /> 7. 1 agree with the $5000.00 financial warranty bond. <br /> EXHIBIT D- RECLAMATION PLAN <br /> 8. Mulch has been removed from the plan. A copy of the revised page is attached <br /> to this letter. <br /> 9. The reclamation plan has been edited to include 11-16 inch bare root seedlings <br /> at the rate of 100 trees per acre. (Or roughly 3 trees per dig site.) This has been <br /> added to D-11 "Additional information about the reclamation plan".
