<br /> <br />Public Notice <br /> <br /> <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, in accordance with Title 34, Article 33, of the Colorado <br />Revised Statutes, hereby issues notice that on August 8, 2019, a minor revision application (MR-206) to <br />the Colowyo Coal Mine, Permit No. C-1981-019, operated by Colowyo Coal Company L.P., P.O. Box <br />33695, Denver, CO 80233-0695 was considered complete for the purposes of filing. MR-206 proposes to <br />update Exhibit 3 with a new certificate of liability insurance and Exhibit 1B from the Colorado State Land <br />Board allowing Colowyo to upgrade a two-track road on Phase III release reclamation areas to support <br />maintenance of a primary sediment controls stucture. The applicant is proposing additional surface <br />disturbance outside of the area currently approved for disturbance. All reviews and comment periods as <br />provided in the Act and Regulations promulgated thereunder initiate from this date of filing. <br /> <br /> <br /> Posted August 8, 2019 <br /> <br /> C-MR-03
