Photo 4 was taken of a seep located above the North Decline <br /> diversion ditch observed to have caused a slump. The gravel pit is located on the east side of the Tract 70 mesa, down slope of the <br /> highpoint on the mesa and the landowner's ditches. Water was observed flowing into the pit <br /> from one of the seeps and another seep was expressed on the wall of the pit by damp soil. Photo <br /> 4 was taken in the bottom of the east gravel pit.
