All review and comment periods as provided in the Act and the <br />Regulations initiate from this date of filing. <br /> <br />PR-1 proposes to change the post-mining land use of the Terror Creek Loadout from irrigated hay <br />cropland to industrial/commercial (initially as an RV/boat storage facility). The proposed changes <br />include a change to the post-mining topography. The applicant is not proposing additional surface <br />disturbance outside of the area currently approved for disturbance. <br /> <br />The loadout coal mining operation is on land located approximately 4 miles Northeast of Paonia, <br />Colorado. The permit area is further described as follows: <br /> <br />Portions of Section 15, Township 13 South, Range 91 West of the 6th P.M. <br /> <br />The above-mentioned tracts of land are shown on the following USGS 7.5 minute Quadrangle <br />map(s): Bowie. <br />
