All review and <br />comment periods as provided in the Colorado Surface Coal Mining Reclamation Act and the Rules <br />and Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for Coal Mining initiate from <br />this date of filing. <br /> <br />PR-1 proposes to change the post-mining land use of the Terror Creek Loadout from irrigated hay <br />cropland to industrial/commercial (initially as an RV/boat storage facility). The proposed changes <br />include a change to the post-mining topography. The applicant is not proposing additional surface <br />disturbance outside of the area currently approved for disturbance. <br /> <br />The loadout coal mining operation is located approximately 4 miles Northeast of Paonia, Colorado. <br />The permit area is further described as follows: <br /> <br />Portions of Section 15, Township 13 South, Range 91 West of the 6th P.M. <br />
