The revision was submitted by Trapper Mining, Inc.. All review and comment <br />periods as provided in the Act and the Regulations initiate from this date of filing. <br /> <br />Update plan for 160 acres of topsoil stripping in N pit. These 160 acres are redisturbance of Phase <br />III reclamation. New Haul Road replacing the LOM road. Construction of the Grouse Diversion <br />Ditch to East Pyeatt Ditch and associated designs in the Grouse Gulch watershed, diverting mining <br />related runoff from the Grouse Pond System. The applicant is not proposing additional surface <br />disturbance outside of the area currently approved for disturbance. <br /> <br />The surface coal mining operation is on land located approximately 6 miles Southwest of Craig, <br />Colorado.
