The application was deemed complete on July <br />9, 2019. <br /> <br />MR-111 seeks to update the Permit Application Packet with: (i) a minor textual clarification <br />regarding the gradient of reclaimed slopes, and (ii) a description of activities to be undertaken by <br />Gunnison Energy, LLC., that will occur within the mine permit boundary but that are not related to <br />the operation or reclamation of the mine. The applicant is not proposing additional surface <br />disturbance outside of the area currently approved for disturbance. <br /> <br />Permit Revision (PR), Permit Renewal (RN), or Technical Revision (TR) application materials are <br />available for review at the Gunnison County Clerk and Recorder, 221 N. Wisconsin, Gunnison, CO <br />81230; Delta County Clerk and Recorder, 501 Palmer Street, #211, Delta, CO 81416; Paonia <br />Public Library, 2 3rd Street, Paonia, CO 81428 and at the Division’s Denver office.
