'aT J.r,IR f d'h>� •f '7��'ri'+r v � <br /> a <br /> Collom Pit. <br /> FISH and WILDLIFE—Rule 4.18: <br /> Small groups of pronghorn were seen across the site. <br /> HYDROLOGIC BALANCE -Rule 4.05 <br /> Drainage Control 4.05.1,4.05.2,4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5,4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7, 4.05.10; <br /> Diversions 4.05.4; Effluent Limits 4.05.2; Ground Water Monitoring 4.05.13; Surface Water Monitoring 4.05.13; <br /> Drainage—Acid and Toxic Materials 4.05.8; Impoundments 4.05.6, 4.05.9; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br /> The following ponds were inspected to be dry or with minimal water and no discharge: <br /> Gulch A, Prospect,West Pit, Sidehill, Section 26, Section 25 and Middle Pond. <br /> The following ponds were inspected to be discharge with no issues observed. <br /> East Taylor, Section 36 and West Taylor. <br /> At the time of the inspection,the Streeter Pond was in the process of being cleaned. The cleaning activities were <br /> not occurring during the inspection. Sediment was pulled from the pond and being staged along perimeter of the <br /> pond where it was being allowed to dry. The staging and maintenance area was completely encompassed by an <br /> elevated berm. All the staged material was placed where all water leaving the sediment drained back into the pond. <br /> No issues were observed. <br /> The entirety of the Final East Pit Ditch was inspected. Water flowing through the middle and lower portion of the <br /> ditch and pumping was occurring in EP 1 and EP2. The ditch was stable and well armored with no issues observed. <br /> Ditches NTEP, East Taylor, Taylor Trib., D-1,D-2,D-3, D-4 and D-6 were all inspected with no issues observed. <br />
