facility(current operator).
• November 1, 2018: Trinity changed its name to Arcosa Materials, Inc.
• July 3, 2019: An amendment to the lease agreement naming Arcosa I.WB as successor was fully
executed on July 3, 2019 a copy of which is provided in Attachment 1.
Structure Agreements:
On April 1, 2019, Arcosa applied to amend its M-1988-108 Section 112 construction materials permit. Exhibit C
and S of that application included information about structure agreements for structures located within 200 feet of
the permit boundary. Arcosa has been unsuccessful in obtaining responses to structure agreements and therefore
embarked on a formal engineering evaluation to demonstrate through geotechnical modeling that Arcosa's mining
operations will not impact structures on site and structures within 200 feet of the affected lands boundary. Copies
of the updated site map (Exhibit C) and the engineering evaluation are provided in Attachment 2 to this letter.
We appreciate the opportunity to provide this information to you and the Division of Reclamation, Mining and
Safety. Please contact me at(817) 635-8556 if you have any questions.
Sincerely,
xx
Michael Ragsdale,
Environmental Manager
Arcosa Materials, Inc.
Cc: Eric Scott, DRMS
Stuart McQueen, Arcosa-LWB
Enclosure Attachment 1 2019 Lease Assignments
Attachment 2 Revised Exhibit C and Engineering Evaluation
2
