At this time, the Operator does not intend to import inert structural fill from off-site. If <br /> such material is imported, the Operator will comply with the provision of Section <br /> 3.1.5(9) of the Mined Land Reclamation Board's regulations. <br /> (10) All mined material to be disposed of within the affected area must be <br /> handled in such a manner so as to prevent any unauthorized release of <br /> pollutants to the surface drainage system: <br /> All mined material will be handled in such a manner so as to prevent any unauthorized <br /> release of pollutants to the surface drainage system. SEMA will implement its <br /> Corporate Spill Prevention, Containment and Countermeasures (SPCC) Plan to handle <br /> spilled fuel within the permit boundary. At the present time, SEMA does not intend to <br /> have fuel storage on site.
