• SEMA's Corporate Stormwater Management Plan will be implemented to <br /> protect the hydrologic balance. <br /> • Ground water will not be intercepted or otherwise impacted. <br /> • The reclaimed surface will be returned to land suitable for rangeland. The <br /> pit slopes will be 3H:1 V or less. Upon completion of mining, all runoff will <br /> be contained within the pit and will infiltrate into the ground water system. <br /> The subsoils are gravel and sands and will minimize any significant <br /> ponding or retention of tributary waters. These measures will ensure a <br /> stable reclaimed configuration and will minimize disturbance to the <br /> hydrologic balance. <br /> (m) Specify if the deposit will be processed on-site. If the deposit will be <br /> processed, then describe the nature of the process,facilities and chemicals <br /> used. The process area and any structures must be described on Exhibit E— <br /> Map: <br /> No on-site processing will take place. <br /> (n) Identification of the primary and secondary commodities mined and <br /> intended uses: <br /> The primary product (commodities) excavated from this mine site will be borrow <br /> material to be utilized as embankment material on the adjacent construction <br /> project. No secondary commodities will be produced. <br /> (o) Identification of the expected incidental products mined and intended <br /> uses: <br /> No incidental products will be mined. <br /> (p) Specify if explosives will be used in conjunction with the mining or <br /> reclamation. In consultation with the Office,the Applicant must <br /> demonstrate, pursuant to Subsection 6.5(4), Geotechnical Stability Exhibit, <br /> that off-site areas will not be adversely affected by blasting during mining or <br /> reclamation: <br /> No use of explosives will be used during mining or reclamation. <br /> 29 <br />
