Please be advised that on July 26, 2019,the application for TR-05 may be deemed inadequate and <br /> denied unless the following adequacy item is addressed to the Division's satisfaction.Subsequent to receipt and <br /> review of the Operator's response to these items. Please respond to the adequacy items with a letter summarizing <br /> each response,to the numbered items below, in a cover letter titled "Adequacy Review Response TR-05, M-1986- <br /> 015". <br /> 1. Please provide up-to-date location maps for each groundwater monitoring well set. <br /> 2. Please indicate on the maps,where applicable,any wells that may have been abandoned and the year of <br /> abandonment. <br /> 3. Please provide a graph for each well monitored that summarizes all water level measurements collected <br /> for that location. <br /> 4. Please provide an explanation,on the graphs provide,for any major increases, decreases,or gaps in data <br /> that are known. <br /> 5. Please provide any relevant well abandonment reports. <br /> 6. Please provide additional details that describe what is meant by"as available"? <br /> 7.
