C-30 r1
Post drain-down Interim product will then be routed to a drying plant and passed through a gas-fired rotary dryer,
after which all material will be sieved and separated into various product size fractions to be stored in product bins.
The reject and/or fines material will be removed from stockpile and either sold(if there is a market for such material)
or utilized in final site reclamation activities.
Finished product stored in the"east"and"west"storage bins will then be transferred via conveyor to fully-contained
bulk transport over-the-road trucks. Truck transport of product is anticipated to limited to local and/or regional
wellsite locations. Egress from the facility will be via the ranch service road and Weld County Road 59. It is
anticipated that all truck traffic will traverse Weld County Road 59 southbound for a distance of approximately 3
miles to Interstate Highway 76.
(n) PRIMARY AND SECONDARY COMMODITIES
The primary product to be produced is a#40/#140 industrial sand for sale to local and/or regional markets.
There is no immediately foreseen market for any secondary product(s) which might result from off-specification,
reject, or wash product waste material(s) that will be generated as a result of the processing operations; however,
CSC retains the right to market such, if economic conditions warrant doing so. In the event such materials were to
be marketed locally, it is not anticipated that the resultant truck traffic associated with doing so would markedly
increase the total number of truck trips anticipated for the operation.
(o) INCIDENTAL PRODUCTS
The CSC Keenesburg Project is not anticipated to produce any "incidental' products; however, CSC shall retain
the right to sell coarse (i.e., oversize) product if market conditions allow. Regardless, the composition of any
(potential by-product) coarse or oversize material is virtually identical to that of the planned saleable commodity
(i.e.,the#40/#140 end product).
