ARR-8 rl <br /> uncommon in Colorado's oil and gas industry for the name "Anadarko" to be used <br /> synonymously with any of the Kerr-McGee companies. <br /> (b) The overhead powerline located south of the permit boundary was not depicted on Exhibit E- <br /> 1 due to the fact that it was not yet constructed at the time of CSC's initial application submittal <br /> to DRMS. Schedio Group has been in communication with United Power regarding their <br /> electrical power transmission line project from the onset of the Keenesburg Project to ensure <br /> proper coordination between the two projects. The United Power electrical power transmission <br /> line has been constructed, and the associated easement, as depicted on Exhibit E-1, has been <br /> recorded. It is noted on Exhibit E-1 that the easement contains a constructed improvement of <br /> type"Overhead Electrical Powerline". <br /> (c) The underground oil and gas line located south of the permit boundary was not depictred on <br /> Exbhit E-1 due to the fact that it was not yet constructed at the time of CSC's initial application <br /> submittal to DRMS.
