,Villa Grove,CO 81155;[phone],filed an application to conduct a(n)Surface mining and reclamation
operation,at or near Section 17,Township 12S,Range 71 W, 10th Principle Meridian,in Park County. Please
be advised that the permit area may be located in more than one Section, Township, and Range. Affected
lands will be reclaimed to support a Forestry post-mining land use. The application decision date is
scheduled for August 1,2019.
